Creating with your own hands is a sacred act, a ritual that brings us back to our origins, to the primordial rhythm of the Earth and to the vital energy that flows within and outside of us.
In a world that often distances us from our center, “Handmade with Love” becomes a silent mantra, an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and rediscover the pleasure of doing. Through manual art, we can rebalance our chakras, nourish the soul and feel part of that eternal circle that unites heaven and earth, mind and body, spirit and matter.

Every creation becomes a work of gratitude towards Mother Nature, a celebration of the cycle of life and transformation that embraces all that exists.
Let's return to our breath, feel the contact of our hands on the earth and listen to the whisper of nature that guides us. In this sacred space of creation, time dissolves, and only we remain, the matter and the love that we put into every gesture.
At our Agriturismo Il Giardino di Manipura, we believe in the strength of small things, those made by hand with dedication, in a rhythm that respects the cycles of nature and enhances authenticity.
"Handmade with love" was born from this philosophy: a path composed of simple and authentic activities, in which creativity and nature meet, to rediscover the pleasure of creating with your own hands, in harmony with the land that hosts us.
In the "Handmade with Love" path, you can participate in experiences that nourish the heart and soul, such as the "Creation of a Natural Garland", where ancient weaving techniques will guide you to create a work that speaks of beauty and harmony. "Creative Recycling", where each object takes on a new life, transformed by the love and care of your hands.
"Botanical Printing and Natural Dyes", a creative laboratory in which you capture the magical essence of plants, imprinting their soul on fabrics and creating works of art that tell stories of nature and wonder. Finally, "Mani in Pasta", where we honor the culinary tradition of our territory.
Art, Weaving and Nature are three fundamental elements that we focus on during the journey. We walk in the Botanical Garden and in the fields of our Farm to observe, select and carefully collect the most resistant willow branches and the elegant eucalyptus leaves, with which we create splendid natural garlands.
The use of willow and vine for weaving has ancient origins, dating back to different cultures around the world.
Their branches have been used since ancient times for their unique properties: they are light, flexible and easy to shape.
Eucalyptus is a versatile and fascinating plant. There are over 700 varieties throughout the world, in our crops we have about 10 varieties, including Eucalipto Cinerea, Parvi Foglia, Globulus, Populus, Gunnii, Nicholii, Robusta, Baby Blue, Pulverulenta and Stuartiana.
Their branches and the beauty of their leaves allow us to create splendid garlands, bouquets and centrepieces.
Eucalyptus leaves also maintain their freshness for a long time and can be dried for long-lasting decorations; over time, in fact, they take on a splendid reddish colour.
In this experience, we learn techniques, tricks and secrets of the magical art of weaving. The hands move lightly, guided by the simplicity of the gesture and the intense scent of eucalyptus, ready to slowly weave each branch, where nature and craftsmanship merge.
Creative Recycling: New Life for Objects
Another much-loved activity of “Handmade with love” is definitely the Creative Recycling workshop. An opportunity to observe the world with new eyes and to learn how to transform everyday objects into something unique. Every material, even the most common, finds a new function and a new beauty.
Making this experience even more special is Amedeo, the great-grandfather of the farm, who guides us on a fascinating journey through the plants of the marsh. With his expert hands and a heart full of stories, Amedeo teaches us how to create brooms and granatini, tools steeped in tradition and passion. While we collect the plants together, we listen to anecdotes of a time gone by.
Through simple gestures, we transform and create wonderful creations, rediscovering the joy of giving a second life to what surrounds us. This activity contains one of our most important values: respect for the earth and its resources.
Recycling thus becomes an act of love, a way to give back to the world what we have received. By learning to create with Amedeo, we look at our environment with new eyes, discovering the beauty of what we often take for granted.
Botanical Print: The Magic of Nature
In the Botanical Print workshop, nature becomes our muse, opening the doors to a world of colors and shapes.
The fascinating aspect of this workshop is the use of flowers to give color, fantasy and uniqueness to fabrics. We use flowers, leaves and roots and learn to create vibrant and sustainable colors. We macerate the plant materials and heat them with water, releasing their colored essences. With the addition of natural mordants, these pigments can be fixed to the fabrics, giving unique shades.
We arrange the leaves and flowers creatively on the fabrics and use a steam cooking process to transfer the shape and color of the plants, creating enchanting and unique patterns.
We use techniques that respect the environment and highlight the natural beauty of the details.
It is our philosophy: nature should not be exploited, but understood and respected. By letting the materials themselves guide our creative process, we learn to see and appreciate the beauty in details that often escape us.
Hands in the Dough: The Taste of Tradition
The Mani in Pasta laboratory takes us to the roots of our traditions. With simple ingredients like flour and water, we rediscover the pleasure of working the dough by hand, following the leavening times and creating with our own hands pizza, bread, pasta or focaccia that contain the authentic flavors of our land.
With the sensation of the dough under our fingers, we discover the secrets of leavening.
For us, working with our hands is a way to keep our traditions alive and to share the deep bond we have with food and the land.
Once we have waited for the cooking times, we savor the fruit of our labor.
Authentic flavors that tell the story of our farm.
